- We only accept chartered boats, not individual passengers.
- All passengers have personal injury insurance worth RMB 3 million.
- Anyone who participates in additional water sports will also be covered by personal injury insurance worth RMB 3 million.
- Each yacht has a limited number of passengers. If the number of passengers exceeds the safe carrying capacity, the shipping company reserves the right to refuse to sail.
- Please abide by the safety regulations on board the ship during the voyage. The captain will be responsible for the safety of passengers. The captain’s professional judgment must be followed and the captain shall not be ordered to change the sailing plan at will.
- The sailing content stated in this itinerary, if there are weather and walrus factors during the day's itinerary, and the captain determines that there are concerns about navigation safety, in order to maintain the safety of passengers, the captain will make safety adjustments, itineraries, and routes in accordance with relevant maritime regulations to ensure safety.
- The cabin of the yacht is a confined space. The company has the right to refuse dangerous goods on board so as not to affect the personal safety rights of other passengers. If you are unable to board the ship due to violation of regulations and failure to improve after persuasion, the fee will not be refunded.
- Guests are not allowed to enter the cab during navigation to avoid danger.
- In the event of an emergency, guests are required to wear life jackets correctly according to the instructions, follow the captain's announcement and wait for assistance.
